My oldest grandson was a 3 year BB letterman at Oakridge, and a bat boy for the Texas Rangers for 3 yrs. MVP of their JV team his Jr. year. Now a freshman at TCU while still working for the Texas Rangers...awarded a Prof baseball scholarship for batboys ,,,$1,000 a semester for 4 years. (Not good enough to play college BB Div 1)

My 2nd grandson will graduate from Oakridge this May. A 3 year BB letterman and 3 years on the varsity golf team. MVP of the JV BB team as a Jr. (not good enough to play College BB Div 1 )

As a senior the 2nd grandson drew 30 charges his Sr. Season. New school record. Conside the Oakridge B B team combined received 10 charges and their combined opponents combined for received only 17 charges... He will be a batboy for the Texas Rangers starting this season. Accepted by Baylor, TCU and Clemson already. Trying for a 4 year ROTC scholarship. His father, my son, was an air force fighter pilot for about 12 years and now filies for American Airlines.
