Frogs are apparantly working on a deal with Grambling, so looks like no trip to Cowtown in the near future.

I heard La Tech may be trying to move their game in Denton to 2007. I hope not, we've got a good OOC home slate for once.

There does not seem to be a possible way that we play Louisiana Tech this fall. One game that 61 did not show was La Tech visiting California @ Berkeley on 10/28; We play ULM on the date that the Tech board shows for us. We can't play ULM on 10/28, followed by La Tech on 11/4 because that's ULM's big attendance game against Arkansas.

I thought that this deal was set last year and I don't understand how we let them weasel out of it. Did they pay us $50,000 to get out of the contract (a la Tennessee)? Barring a natural disaster, I'm for honoring every signed contract. For that reason, I don't care if we ever play Louisiana Tech, Air Force or Tennessee again. It may not worry them but I'll sleep better.

If this is the case.. it better be alot more than 50,000 to break the deal.
