Just an interesting heads up for all of the Great Citizens of the Mean Green Nation.

Before we take on South Alabama, or Wetern Kentucky, they will both face Denver and each other. Theoretically, we should be able to guage how we will stack up to both teams by their performance against Denver and each other.

Here's what it looks like:

S. Ala. plays WKU this Saturday 1/21 @ 7:00

S. Ala. plays Denver on Thursday 1/26

Then S. Ala. plays UNT here on Saturday 1/28

WKU will play several of the teams that we have already played when we take them on at their home on 2/9

Here's my point...The game on this Saturday between S. ALA and WKU will be one of the biggest factors in our position in the Sunbelt Conference. Both of them are undefeated in SBC. One will go down with an "L"

We will be able to project our performance against both teams by how well Denver and Big Yemi perform against them

Our Biggest Games coming up will be these 2 teams. One of them will be here at the Super Pit on next Saturday 1/28. We need all the citizens of the Mean Green Nation to be here.

I think our two biggest games coming up are the next two games in Arkansas. If we can continue our momentum with two road wins, I have to like our chances to win the following two at home. We are at a critical point in the season. The team has to demonstrate now that they are contenders for the division. At the minimum we need to win 3 of the next 4, because after that we only have one home conference game for the rest of the season.
