Actually I love it, but I hate the fact that you watch college b-ball on tv and the crowd is going crazy and everyone is into the game. The students all have the same shirts on and are all doing the same cheer and making the place a mad house. That is what your college experience should be about, going to the football and b-ball games. I think our atmosphere at football games has gotten better I just wish it could get better at the b-ball games. The game has to be tied with 30 seconds left for our crowd to get involved. I suggested this last year, but when I went to my wife's college games at ACU, the men always played after them and at the tip-off the announcer would say everyone on your feet for the tip-off and everyone would stand and be loud until the opposing team scored. Sometimes that would last 2,3, 4 minutes into the game. Everyone standing up cheering, yelling, clapping. There would only be about 1,000 people there but it would start the game off intense and therefore the crowd would stay into it the entire time. I know during the football games the announcer says "alright everyone on your feet for the kickoff." Why cant we do the same for b-ball?
