Interesting. Last year a lot of posters on the Appy board were saying it was time for a change & wanted to get rid of him.

A year ago lots of Penn State fans were saying that Joe Paterno was too old, had lost touch with the game, etc. They were foaming at the mouth and wanting him OUT of Happy Valley. My, how things change.

I remember Jerry Moore when he was at North Texas. I felt like he took the best talent the school ever had and found a way to go .500 with it. He is a good guy and I am glad that he has found his niche in the world at Appalachian State.

If DD ever achieves a National Championship or Orange Bowl win for NT I'm sure we'll be happy to honor him too, until then...
