The UL Cajuns had McNeese in to play a b-ball game the other night - thing is, McNeese forgot their uniforms (every bit of them) - so they had to borrow the Cajuns practice uniforms for the game! How uncomfortable is that? By the way, the Cajuns won... the ones from the Sun Belt, the real ones, hehehehe.

Wow, I'm guessing someone is getting alot of crap for that one...

I would hope someone would be getting fired for this, but hey if a coach can fight fans then this is excusable biggrin.gif (sorry could not contain myself).

They could have played shirts and skins. In McNeese's case, a lot of skin.

During the 1979 NBA Eastern Conference Finals, a couple of bags belonging to the San Antonio Spurs were misplaced by the airlines, and at least three Spurs showed up at the arena without their unis. The Washington Bullets, the Spurs opponent, loaned the players some Bullets road jerseys, which were then worn by the Spurs players inside out.

There is a Sports Illustrated cover shot of Elvin Hayes dunking a basketball during that game, and in the background you can see Mike Gale wearing the donated uniform, along with other normally clad Spurs in the picture. It looks like there's a third team on the court... biggrin.gif
