Per UIL rules the schools cannot give the kids rings. They have to buy them. SLC kids probably have the money to purchase the rings without having to work for them.

Good to see that those kids will do what it takes to get their rings.

I heard the Trinty coach on Randy Galloway's show today heading home from work. He said through the outreach of the community he now believes all the the kids will get a ring. Originally, he was hoping they would get enough money to put a few rings on layaway!

The Star Telegram story and Randy Galloway mentioning the story on the radio the other day really helped.

Uh, I don't think Southlake will have this trouble... ever.
