UNT web 2.0

Anyone know much about web 2.0 and aggregators? It's a long story, but our startup has to partner with a school and UNT is my logical choice We want to use our technology to build a UNT community plus hire a few interns.

Do a google search and you find more articles as well.

IMHO, I have to wonder if there would be enough interest for such a service/community.

I have my own idea for a cool UNT related website, but I need more capital to get it started ... which means I have to find that better job first.

I guess I could explain myself better. The technology is built and we are raising capital right now. Texas has an emerging tech fund that requires partnering with an institute of higher edu. UNT is our choice as I am a chair for the Dallas Exes, etc.

Some of our partnering ideas are to give UNT its own community on our browser free, web 2.0 platform, and to hire interns to aggregate and create new content, etc.

Just looking for opinions from fellow students and alums.

Meangreenbuzz, web 2.0 is a change from the current dial-up user interface. Think iTunes technology where it uses your broadband connection, but doesn't require a browser. It 's a lot faster and more dynamic. There are quite a few definitions of web 2.0. Like untfan said, google it. It's kinda cool.
