Thoughts on the game? Simpson seemed to be on fire for awhile, didn't see much of Barnett but I hear he's still nursing a back injury. What do you guys think of the overall performance?

I wasn't there but looking at the box score it didn't seem to matter how bad Hardin-Simmons was, because we shot the ball really well.

I know y'all are talking about the men's game, but is SFA any good or should we expect another mediocre season on the women's side? (The men's game kind of speaks for itself, we crushed a D3 school and we should have. I am going to wait until they face a D1 defense to judge about their shooting ability.)

SFa usually has a strong Women's Team, sometimes comparable to La. Tech.

They have been up and down the last few years but they usually are above Average so it looks like a good win for the ladies.

SFA ladys were 6th in the Southland, last year. But their best player, was out for most of the conference games. NT was lucky to get this win, they were definitely out hustled and beat soundly in the inside game. All of SFA better players fouling out at the end and a very very one sided free shot total saved the Green. Thank goodness for Bobo, without her it would not have even been close.

You didn't see much of Barnett because he was playing his "bull in a china closet" defense. Picked up 3 or 4 quick fouls, granted some were "touchy" but fouls nonetheless.

Also, was it just me or did it look like Frank the Tank was in a referee uniform Friday night? Dead ringer.
