Sun Belt Conference NO Bowl Representative

First choice is Arkansas State.

Second choice is UL-Lafayette

Whoever goes, DeepGreen will be at the bowl game.

I voted ULL. They would supply the most fans, since it's at their own stadium. If there has to be a poor SunBelt team in the Bowl this year (record-wise) then at least it should look good on TV with a full stadium.

Ditto to NT80's comments. Anyone planning on a roadtrip to the NO/ULaLa Bowl ? I'm thinking about going just to show support for the Sun Belt Conference.

I vote ULL since they are the home stadium and would be the best chance for a good attendance.

I may go if its ULL and UH... would be a great draw from both teams and Lafayette isnt too far from here

ULL is the best choice by far. They are a class organization with great fans, and always treat us like family when we go up there and play. (I think I was offerred Beer or hamburgers by just about all of them...really great people) The stadium is nice and will look good on TV. Atttendance would be better as a ULL home game, and this is a good story for the SBC. A nice change from the four year run of the Mean Green in NO. ESPN would run with a story like that, which also helps the public perception of our conference.

since the Bowl game will be at ULL, I hink they would have the edge in a situation like this.

Thanks for those words and good luck to you. It appears that UNT will be deciding who goes over the next two weeks. I've been to Fouts the last two times and plan to make it a tradition.
