Another Exciting Nail Biter of a Game!

Oh, my goodness...where do I start. I tuned my radio to 100.7 and started to pray!

Then the game came on! 1-8 Florida Atlanta vs The Powerful 2-6 Mean Green! You could hear the excitement in the crowd (all 3 of them).....and that Ramon Flanigan...what a genius he is (sooo talented, if he could only get the plays in prior to us getting all those penalties for "delay of game"). AND, how about those other penalties...just shows how rugged we are. "You messa wit me, you gonna pay...I'll kick yo f----g butt."

We don't dare get rid of Flanigan and Dickey. Now Bobby Ray is another matter. Darrell and Ramon are just too funny...they actually think they can coach! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! I'm rolling on the floor...my sides hurt.

So, bring on Homecoming! Another crowd pleaser, I'm sure!!!

Thanks Green Grenade II

I needed to laugh some.

Well I guess by the end of the year we will be just about dead last in D1a it will take some major effort to do any worse next year. Is that a positive, well I mean if we have any fan base left or if we can still get a recruit to look at us.

Now I have upset myself again.

Like I said before, keep these things coming. I love reading your posts, for they make me laugh. However, I am not sure there were that many people in the stands for that one. All I could hear on the radio was George and Hank....I couldn't hear anything that resembled a crowd of even 3.

What a great game it was though, especially that great offensively called first half - WOW - RF will be courted by all of the major universities after that one.

Also, still trying to figure out what the heck DD was referring to when he mentioned that they were "under very difficult circumstance". Was it the fact that we were playing at a neutral stadium? Or was it that they were 1-8? Oh wait, maybe it was that they were playing a backup that hadn't played all season? No wait, it probably had somthing to do with our youth (even though we have 14 starters that are either Jr. or Sr's)?
