Ok it's not football or UNT but this is good for a laugh.

When going to view the online version of the Dallas Morning News sports section, a banner ad pops up on the top of the screen proclaming "The biggest sporting event of the year in Texas"

What is thie event they are promoting?? The MLS Championship to be played at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco

I know they keep trying to perpetuate the myth that soccer is a major league sport in this country.....but the biggest sporting event in Texas???? Thats a bit extreme.

What about the NBA Finals? or the freaking WORLD SERIES? Does anybody think the MLS Championship is bigger than these???
