As FFR and I heard on Channel 5, UNT is looking into buying a law school. In today's DMN

metropolitan section the headline reads "UNT considers buying Fort Worth law school".... UNT has entered preliminary discussions w/officials at Texas Wesleyan Univ. to purchase its law school in downtown Fort Worth, UNT Chancellor Lee Jackson said.

Other comments from article... UNT wants to open a public law school in the area and will continue to pursue even if they do not buy Texas Wesleyan. UNT has been adding adding law literature to its library system since 1980s in expectation of this move. "A public law school, coupled with the College of Engineering that is scheduled to open next fall, would help round out UNT's academic offerings as it strives to be the premier state university in the region, Mr. Jackson said."
