Let's forget September 17th, pu-lezze! Tulsa's moved on down the road...but here comes the Trojans. Everybody should carry a few, just in case. Seriously, we MUST win this game. It is SunBelt Conference game. It is NOT an out of conference game, and that is good. We are 1-2 right now and undefeated in SunBelt play.

So...Let's all show up at Beautiful Fouts Field day after tomorrow! See ya!

Well I'm not putting it behind me, but I'm not going to hold back on support either. Don't make any excuses. Let's go out and do our little part to help get the team fired up to win this game. We don't want this program sliding any further downhill so do anything you can to help pull it up.

The Tuesday game makes it a royal pain. However, most all of you can do it if you care enough. In my case, I have to take off two half days, drive to Little Rock to catch Southwest, and then fly out at 7:00 in the morning. So I feel I speak with some authority on the matter when I say you can BE THERE!

Thanks A. V. I hope the slackard students and Denton nesters read this and see the sacrifices others make when they have everything so easy and right in their own backyard but still manage to find excuses not to show. It will cost my firm some $700 for me to miss work to be there but I'm not letting that be an excuse not to go and also bring Coach Bill Blakeley for a reunion with his old A D Hayden Fry.
