A Suggestion As To Why Any Non BCS FB Coach(es)

Just like its the way we as a Mean Green football program get to the next level by beating the Tulsa's, KSU's, Colorado's, etc, .......It's the way they get to the next level as coaches.

IMHO, we may have had an NT assistant coach or 2 or more who may have spent way too much time in off season trying to get their next job rather than trying to recruit as many Texas state 100/Oklahoma Fab 55 recruits as DD and staff did with the Roy Bishop class. On the other side of the coin, we really do need to raise the salaries of all our NT assistant football coaches to give them security and so they can concentrate on the job at hand.

FWIW, I think its already been proven that SBC wins are just not going to be enough for an SBC coach at any SBC outpost to get to the next level if that is his goal.

Of course, you have some SBC coaches who may want to stick around and build something significant, too.
