I think Cedric Hardeman still holds the all-time sack record for the San Francisco 49ers. It's pretty impressive since they've had several dominant players, like Charles Haley, since the days when 'Ol Ced terrorized opposing quarterbacks.

If my memory serves me correctly, Cedric had seven sacks at Fouts vs. Tulsa in 1970. The qb for Tulsa was Dobbs, the coach's son. Those seven sacks sent Cedric into the NFL as the number one draft pick of the '49ers. As many of you know, we had three consecutive first round draft picks from '69 to '71.... Greene in '69, Cedric in '70 and Leonard Dunlap to the Colts in '71.
