They have over 700yds of Total Offense in the 4th qtr against the Razorbacks!!!!!!!!!

Now comes the real question..

After seeing USC's offense destroy the Razorbacks D and Norm Chow's current struggles with the Titans, can we say Chow benefited from superior talent at USC? Is this why Dickey/Flanigan's O is severely lacking?
