Guys, come on... as I predicted in the initial score thread, this was entirely obvious to anyone with a grip on reality.

WE DO NOT, CANT NOT, WILL NOT win 1A non-conference games PERIOD. What made you think this would be different?!?

And don't freak out about the Belt - we'll still win that. Always do. This is the standard Dickey M.O., and I have not a clue why anyone is surprised.

As much as I hate to agree with this statement, I think you are right. Matt Phillips going in for 2 series early in a tight game is proof of this IMO. You don't put a frosh QB in a tight game when winning is important.

The only part that I am surprised about is that the best running back on the team barely has more carries than James Mitchell....if we are being fed the "whoever has the hot hand" BS, then why didn't we see Jamario when no one had a hot hand?

I'm surprised...though I shouldn't be.

A loss...expected, but I was hoping for a win. A loss of 1-14 points is okay, but not by 50+

And let's be real here- we didn't earn that safety. I think the D did its job given the situation, but the O needs to give them time to rest.

Heck, why didn't they put in ANY subs at the end of the game. Why the heck was PC in for those last few meaningless series when JT or one of our other backs could surely have used some game time.
