TULSA GAME TAILGATE PARTY

The GREENBACKERS TAILGATE PARTY for the Tulsa game is going to be GREAT.

Sound Man and his crew are smoking over 400 pounds of brisket for Saturday's Tailgate Party, we have all the buns, drinks and ice ordered, but we will need help preparing the tailgate party on Saturday.

We need several people to come out to the Tailgate Area around 12:30 on Saturday to help set up the canopies, smokers, tables and help with preparing the Barbeque.

Also we're looking for somebody with a pick-up that can run a couple of local errands. Mrs Bairds is baking the sandwich buns on Saturday morning and they'll be ready to pick up around 1:00.

We'll be stocking the pond with over 1000 water bottles, but are not planning on buying soft drinks this year. Please, bring a 12-pack or two of Coca-Cola products to contribute.

Is that the Denton Mrs. Bairds or the Dallas one? Either way you can count me in. I live 5 minutes from the Dallas one or I could grab the ones in Denton on my way into town as I plan on hitting Denton around 1:00 anyway.

maybe 2 xterra's. buns take up more space than you would think. this should be like 2 decent sized stacks truck w/out camper is option 1 then get them there however will work as option 2

I'm driving in from Houston that morning and have to stop in Mesquite to get the folks and nephew. Depending on what time I get into town, I'll swing by and help. Count me in for a couple packs of sodas.

Has anyone looked into asking Coca-Cola for some donated drinks or atleast buy them for cost? Considering Greenbackers is a prominent tailgating entity, they may be willing to help support the efforts in addition to what they already give.

I'm going to be there with my pick-up. I should be able to put most of the bread in the back. I have a camper over the bed, so I won't have to tie them down.
