They have a very good QB and WR. They are going to be very tough for us to stop. Their QB is very athletic and can run at anytime. I am ready to see how we match up against them, should be a very entertaining game.

It wasn't the WR I noticed as much as their TE. It looked like he was a matchup nightmare for OU. The soft (or no) coverage over the middle will have to end with this game.

I would be willing to bet that someone has mentioned their TE to Holman and Mendoza; probably even showed them some film too.

I'm sure they are saying the same thing about J-Mo and Cobbs after OU just ran all over them.

I am sure we can pass for more than 42 yards, so we should be able to run for more than 230. We will win this game no question (MTSU was a very good passing team too and look what our LBs and DBs did to them).

From what I saw, their defense isn't anything special...MTSU's looke better. We should be able to run the ball.

As for the offense.....not much of a running game. The key is to contain and get to their QB.

Their TE is going to give us fits. That guy is a player.

The best way to stop a TE is with a 3-4. The extra speed out their will help and being off the line by 5 yds. will help our LBs to see what Mills is up to. Get Mendoza, Monroe, Holman, Graves, and Thompson out there. I'm telling you all now the only weapon we have to worry about from Tulsa is their TE so we need to see more of the 3-4.

I was very impressed with Tulsa last sat. The TE (Miller?) is outstanding as is their QB. Their defense held OU to 17 pts for over three and 1/2 quarters . And, remember their best WR and KR did not play. I expect quite a tussel sat. night.
