We had nine months to come up with a way to use JMo and Patrick together, and this is what we came up with? At least we are using Patrick as a receiver, but JMo is an afterthought right now.

On a positive note, Jamel has adjusted to defense a lot faster than I expected. He and Covington are playing well right now.

Man, is this first drive in the 2nd half critical or what ?

We need to shove the ball down their throat and punch it in.

Once again Dickey proves how boring his playcalling is.

Put PC and JT in the backfield and make em guess.

How about a fake to PC and pitch to get JT outside? Or a PA pass?

I did like throwing on our 1st play and tossing to PC out of the backfield.

Once again, JT needs alot more touches.

yeah absolutely ridiculous. That's my biggest complaint so far.

But last year, we had all the experience, now MT has all that.

We are suddenly a young football team with a QB who has not been that bad tonight. For NT, its just not happening in the trenches where games are won or lost.

We need Cobbs and/or Thomas to break a long one for a quick score early on in the 2'nd half.

Still amazing that we are only behind 7 points. cool.gif

Be patient Grasshoppers.

J-Mo will be fresh in the 2nd half and he will wear the Blue Raiders out. Don't count our boys out yet.

I'm not counting em out, but I thought the point was to switch em out to keep them both fresh. Everyone knows we're going to run 8/10 times, so put them both back there and run some plays.

We must:

Get the running game going

Do some PA passing

Blitz Marks to get some more pressure on him

Blow up Marks on the option

Throw some chocolate in that "vanilla" play calling

Why are we pitching to Cobbs? JT is our speed guy. Patrick runs thru the tackles.

Our "veteran" O line is getting pushed around.

Yeah, this is rough.  I REALLY wish the schedule hadn't ended up like it has this year.

This NT football team particularly with all the new faces didn't need to open against a veteran SBC team with what has turned out to be our season opener. Veteran's vs. inexperince?

The NT defensive line is non-existant thus far.
