Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but are North Texas AND Texas making history this Saturday? We know the reason for our team making history, but is this the first meeting EVER between Ohio State and Texas?

BTW, North Texas has never played Ohio State....or Michigan.....or Illinois (Illinois state yes...and Southern Illinois).....or Purdue.....or Michigan State......or Iowa....or Northwestern (Northwestern State yes)...or Minnesota....or Indiana....or Penn State....or Wisconsin. Hmmmm, cool.gif

---Interesting...... We have never played any Big-10 team. We have played all the other I-A conferences and have played every Big-12 teams except Iowa state.

We have played Louisville and Cincinnatti before they were Big East but they have not yet updated this years membership lists to current members so they show as CUSA..

I'm going to hate myself for asking this, but, what is the history making event that NT is involved in thhis Saturday ? Other than me going to the Movie Tavern to watch the game.

First time since 1970, when the NCAA began to keep single game rushing statistics, that two national rushing leaders will play in the same backfield.
