I think the Florida teams (FAU and FIU )will cover...They are better than expected..

No chance for LLU with the problems they have.

WE may win this ... if our offensive line can be effective and allow our running game to succeed..

Troy won't cover, UAB is good.

Monroe won't either..

My opinions... don't bet anything on my opinions.

for us non-betters or just clueless people, can someone explain the spread?

MTSU -4

This means Middle Tennessee has to win by MORE than 4 points for MTSU bettors to win. If they win by exactly 4, it's a push.

As for the lines that involve half points, that's just Vegas' way of avoiding the push. It's alse an effective way of enticing bettors to throw a little extra money down by purchasing what is known as a "hook".

For example, Eastern Michigan is favored by 4.5. A bettor who is on EMU might decide to buy a hook for $XX to push the line to -4. This way, he/she has lowered their chances of a flat out loss.

I should report this post cause you seem to know a little too much about betting and the like. rolleyes.gif
