Ok, if you could pick a starting 11 on both sides of the ball from North Texas players who have played within the last 5 years (the Sun Belt title years) who would you choose. You have to project all players to their senior years (so if you pick somebody like Ajani Banks you can assume the 3-4 years of experience) and you can't go back further than players from the 2000 season. Now, once you've done this project how your team would fare against this year's schedule. You can assume that they are able to play every down.
