If you want to get technical, Kassell was in one of the worst recruiting classes of all time at UNT. He was part of that whole Simon's last class debacle.

Nice article. The TD Kassell scored against Tech is up there as one of the best all-time plays I've seen a UNT player make.

Speaking of Matt Simon I was shocked to see him doing an interview the other day. I'm sure most of you die hard NFL fans know what he's been up to for the last 7 years but for those that don't.

We were eating at a noisy restaurant and his interview was on the big screen, but no sound. I looked at him thinking I know this person somehow (he has a goatee now). Then it came to me when I saw the Ravens logo...Matt Simon! Wonder if he thinks about NT and Helwig much?

In the latest edition from ESPN (sorry its their premium content so i cant link or paste the article) but it mentions as one of their "whispers from around the NFL" that it appears Kassell will hold off Rocky Calmus (Oklahoma) for the starting job at MLB.
