Question (Victor): Do you think Louisiana-Lafayette deserves to be in a bowl game this fall?

Commissioner Waters: Absolutely, if they win our conference and meet the NCAA Bowl Eligibility standards. I think they will be an exciting option for a bowl, they have a significant fan following and their fans are incredibly loyal.
