when do we find out if the guys made grades or not?

I know teacher's have to post grades by a certain time, but couldn't they go to Dickey and say "Hey this guy made it" or "This guy didn't make it". Maybe they did and that's why they're all practicing.

I'm so confused

We knew about 2 of the guys on the academic bubble but the third one could be a killer. If we lose all three then we are in trouble.

they should know by now. if they're still out there practicing, it's probably a good sign. unless, of course, they're just practicing w/o the intention of suiting up later. . . .

Maybe there will be some competition from the youngsters at that position after all. I wonder if a certain player at that positions abscence is the death knell for him at NT.

In any case, some depth at this position would be nice. It is unlikely that the #1 will stay healthy all season. Especially this #1.

Without giving anything away here from the MGR, but if a particular one of those 3 becomes academically inelgible, we "only" have a Texas state top 100 recruit working out in that spot now. I feel pretty darn good about his chances this Fall even if the one he might spell were elgible.

However, lets all keep our fingers crossed.

PS: FWIW, this is usually the time in Fall camp that you have more minor injuries, ie, hamstrings, niks, cuts, scratches and bruises than you can shake a stick at.

We may have to field a team made up of 10 RB's and Johnny Quinn, and they all play both ways.

Hopefully we'll find out soon who made the grades and who didnt. I think that we have the chance to be a great defense this year like those of the past, but we need the guys on the field.
