UNT QB Meager misses part of practice

DENTON – Quarterback Daniel Meager, who has worked with the first team throughout the fall, missed the second half of a workout Monday morning after hitting his head on the ground during a team drill.

The redshirt freshman was dizzy after the hit and left practice to be evaluated. Meager returned for the afternoon session but was held out of drills as a precaution.

Damn Quarterbacks... you think a defensive lineman would complain about a little bump on the head? Well anyway... hope he is ok.

At this point, if I were the UNT coaching staff I'd put a 10 yard perimeter around Meager to prevent any possible injury- BTW, we're not going to play him in the LSU game, are we?
