TSN has most definitely run out of topics. wacko.gif

Right after a certain city in the northern part of Texas received a last place designation in this TSN poll a few years ago, didn't a certain athletic department (in that northern Texas city) hire a marketing firm owned by exes of 1 of that city's 2 universities, turned em' loose for an entire summer, then they (with many of that town's movers and shakers) produced the largest (at the time) football crowd in that school's 100+ year history? Wasn't that about the time that happened?

Right aftert a certain city in North Texas received a last place designation, a certain college's football team started winning conference games; and went to the first bowl game in many decades.

Around the same time, that same university started spending inordiante amounts of money with one marketing firm, that has since become the exclusive marketing firm of the university....and even though that university's football team continues winning, that marketing firm continues to take credit for increased attention or noteriety of that university.

I would suspect that winning football games, and scheduling regional opponents attributed to the largest (at the time) football crows in the school's 100+ year history.

Don't leave out the lauging-all-the-way-to-the-bank part.
