A: Memphis RB DeAngelo Williams, Texas Tech QB Cody Hodges, Hawaii QB Tyler Graunke, New Mexico State QB Royal Gill, and Northern Illinois RB Garrett Wolfe. Add to the list North Texas RBs Patrick Cobbs and Jamario Thomas. Army RB Carlton Jones, Eastern Michigan QB Matt Bohnet, Rutgers QB Ryan Hart and Toledo QB Bruce Gradkowski will also have great statistical seasons and have no chance of dreaming about the Heisman. Also feel free to pick any great wide receiver and defensive player you want. It’s a quarterback/running back award.

Although granted DeAngelo Williams has nearly no shot at winning the Heisman this year, I think he has at least a good shot at getting to New York as one of the finalist. But that's good see that Cobbs and Thomas were mentioned in the answer portion.
