I totally agree that it's better than the copper star, or the daffy eagle for that matter.

However, I just think that it looks pretty bad when we spend that kind of money just to rip-off the USPS, and American Airlines.

At least they went with a logo that can stand the test of time. The "daffy" eagle or the "evil parrot" eagle just wouldn't cut it for the longterm. The logos are really growing on me (still don't like the Wordmarks or pride sayings), and I think they look really classy on shirts and memorabilia. I got a new shirt from Housing the other day - it looks really sweet. I've already gotten a bunch of comments on it. Now I've just got to make a trip to the Bookstore or Voertman's to stock up on the right colors...

I haven't been to campus in a bit - anyone know whether or not they've got all the new green in yet?

I have seen a small collection with the new color at the UNT bookstore, yes.
