It's all those Yankees from up north who've ruined the driving. If you visit some of the smaller, less Yankee-fied towns, you'll find the folks are much more friendly, and much more likely to be going 10-15 miles BELOW the speed limit.

---The metroplex and bumper to bumper driving drives me nuts now. Out here (West Texas ) people think close counts when it comes to green lights. Better look both ways after it changes because a lot of folks just go through them after they change.

---The most dangerous item are women 18-40 with a SUV and a cell phone. They seem to think lights and stop signs disappear when they are on a a cell-phone, then they look at you like you are an idiot when you almost run into them. --[no I am not a chauvenist pig...well not too much]
