COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF CLOCK

Recommended Posts

The script used assumes several things. First is your timezone, which for Texas it is Central (GMT-600). So, if you are in the East Coast (GMT-500), your time will be off. The second, and perhaps most important, that your computer is correctly configured for the right timezone. The Java Applet pulls the time from your computer and counts down to the time specified (below).

The parameters I used are:

Hr: 19

Min: 00

Month: 9

Day: 3

Year: 2005

TimeZone: -600

sorry to inform some of you, but that countdown is a little off.

It is actually about 5 hours late.

Agreed ... it is 5 hours off.
