You guys will have a good team this year, and should compete for the sunbelt title. NMSU just doesn't have any big men on their team. Only two guys over 6-8. Next season should be a lot better. We having a great recruiting class already. We have sign two three star players. Both big men one 6-10, and the other 6-8. Than we have to transfer players who had to seat out this year. So NMSU should look a lot better, and plus we don't have lou coaching that is another reason for our poor playing. You guys have your program going in the right direction, and I'm pulling for you guys to win it, because I'm tired of WKU, and MT, or LL winning it every year.

Thanks. I think we're all going to miss the North Texas - NMSU rivalry.

The football games were seldom determined before the final minutes, and then it seemed that blind luck would somehow become bestowed upon the Mean Green.

In the basketball games, they were always exciting as long as they were played in Denton. With North Texas having not won in Las Crueces since the Ford administration, that end of the rivalry provided far less excitement.

On a personal note, will you be signing in Febuary to play football at NMSU?

You have just finished your juco career, right?

I'm going to a div-2 school in new mexico. I didn't have the act score to get into NMSU out of high school. I think I might go and transfer to NMSU next jan. I go to Western New Mexico, but went to Eastern New Mexico last year, but just didn't enjoy the program. Didn't like how that program was going so I didn't even show up for practice, and my heart wasn't in the game because of not getting into NMSU. But I got it back, but wanted to come closer to home. I was six hours away from home at Eastern, but now at Western just 45 min away, but also came here for my grandpa can watch me play, but he died in april. But I'm looking foward till next Jan. We got a new coach in Hal Mumme, and you will see a different NMSU team next year. Passing, Passing, Passing, and we also got a good DC that came with him.
