2/2 rent would be around $400-$450 + splitting utilities. Easy Access to US 75 and 380, about 30 minutes from UNT in average traffic, 15-20 in good traffic. Scenic view and view of pool from balcony. Just about completely furnished. Good office staff (5x-10x better than the staff at the student complexes) If you or someone you know would be interested, pm me.
