We have to do this up hardcore....

The plan is to have a big tailgate party with featured performers PhoolWay, some food, some music and some fun times....Pit crew is looking to take off at this game but we need help...

We need help with TIME, MONEY, pretty much ANYTHING!

If you can' help us out with any of this please let us know in this thread....

TIME would be helping setting up before the tailgate on saturday...and passing out flyers...and anything in that area...

MONEY would be for Food, Flyers, Possible Spotlight, campus signs, ect...

Remember people as a NEW Org. on campus we have to give these people a reason to join us...and we have to give the AD a reason to hook us up...if we do this "dirty" it will make a HELLUVA difference here on Campus....ITs the Golden Era for our football team right now but we are on the brink of some DIRTY stuff inside the PIT!

the basketball team we have this year is really good...jones finally turned the team around this year with no injuries, thank god

OK...we really need someone to step up. As a new student org...the Pit Crew has...well...no budget. We want to put together something huge for this Saturday. We have entertainment booked...but we have no food, no help, and no advertising.

Greenbackers...are we still on for the food this Saturday?

We're working on the advertising end of it and think we can get it all pulled off....though any help would be appreciated.

Any other ideas...?

Well...this is lovely.

We'll check on the SkyTrak tomorrow and get with SUMG on that. Other than that, I guess we're high and dry.

Guys I would be happy to give some money and will do so in the future. The problem is you have to set yourself up in a way that gives you (the organization) some credibility. I for one don't know who you are and how my money is being spent except for taking someone I don't know for their word. I did send Emmitt 100 dollars for a specific item (door hangers) a few weeks back. I thought the idea was great. I knew exactly what I was paying for. Accountability was not a problem as I would know from this board that the door hangers went up. I mention these things because I assume that many people on this board have similiar reasons for not donating some money for the cause.

I can guarantee your money would be going to payiong for the food for the student's that we are trying to get to the game this weekend...Its hard as a brand new organization to get credibility without someone just taking a risk....but as a broke college student its hard on many of us...I understand what is being said here...but I promise you if it doesn't go for the food, it will be going to a traklight spotlight for the Pit on saturday.
