Is anyone else's Eaglemail not working?

Someone hacked a server and got EUID info, so they reset a bunch of passwords. Go to Manage from the EagleMail page and choose the Get new password from there.

I called the help desk this afternoon and found out after my mail hadn't worked all day.

I tried my current password and my SS# on the change password screen, and neither worked...I think I'm screwed!

Thanks for the help, I finally got it fixed.

If anyone else has this problem, go to "manage" and "forgot password" to reset it.

Also, the guy at resnet told me to change it from what it used to be because this hacker got a lot of the old passwords.

Another good reason why everyone should change passwords on all of their accounts on a regular basis.
