Thoughts on this Cooley?

Head scratcher honestly. At some point, you have to think that our program should begin to attract higher profiled kids; with our recent success. What was the urgency for this pick up? He seems aggressive on the defensive side of the ball so maybe he will be a ball hawk specialist. Still time and room to finish this out with a new Big 3.

Why is this?  What part of our current program was part of our recent success?

We’ll never be able to build a ‘program’ as long as we have the roster turnover year after year.

Oh, you mean like most of the teams in college basketball dealing with the same problem who still make it to the NCAA Tourney and some into the sweet 16?

"Building" a program is now a one year ordeal.

The landscape of College athletics is changing at breakneck speed.   It's really hard for some people to keep up, and some are just angry because of the changes.

This is the reality for us now, and we can continue to build our program in this way for now.

Unfortunately, we probably won't get any high profile kids until we have the NIL money to pay them.
