NIL came about because the top programs were making a load of cash supposedly on these kid’s backs. Then let them sell their name, image or likeness to earn money on the side. Stop paying them a salary. That, or stop giving them scholarships. They are double dipping and contributors are tied of giving their hard earned money only to see the kid walk the next time till the portal opens. You want an NIL deal?  Sign a contract.

That strikes me as an odd grouping.

Thanks for the article.  It clears up a lot of things for me.  Although I don't think this case will resolve much.
