i'm going to guess these are before he left.     When he got to Denton he had on a black MG shirt and she was wearing green.   actually think his kid that is transferring had on something MG too.

regardless, happy to have them here and excited to see what he can do!

Welcome them all.  Beautiful family.  Just wish the Mrs. could have dressed up a tad more.  Jeans?  Not appropriate for such an important occasion.

This is a joke right? She's getting on a plane - comfort first and foremost. No one is shading the dudes for wearing sweats and hoodies.

agree 100%.   i actually thought it was refreshing to see her dressed like that.

I didn't know we had fashion police on here.  The second post says their attire changed in flight, geez...

Nice looking family.  Yes.  They should have dresses better to make a positive first impression.  Fashion police ?  No.  Just good business.

I think the thread title is misleading on a couple of levels.  1). The first family is the sitting President’s family😆 2) This is a picture at departure, arrival pic below.  Still not formally dressed, but why should they be?  If his wife wore this to the introductory press conference I could see the issue, but they just rode in a plane from Cleveland.  Honestly, they’re dressed as well as our AD in this picture, so there’s that.  Surely there are better things to nitpick.

You’re right.  The Athletic Director should be dressed better as well.  I bet the pilot was wearing a tie.

The pilot was at work.  The rest weren't.

Everyone was dressed up for the press conference.  This discussion is ridiculous.  If I'm traveling somewhere, I'm not wearing a tie and jacket -- but if I am at an event I will.

We get your point.  Maybe you didn't hear about it, you've been away a long time. They didn't go up there and tell you.  We still like to dress up down here for special events.

How 'bout giving the Robinsons credit for this?

In the top photo, they're wearing different stuff than in the bottom photo. They obviously changed clothes on the plane, so they would all have Mean Green stuff on.

Welcome to UNT, folks.
