Asking for a little help,my niece is a UNT grad with a masters in sports management and is interned for the mavs and cowboys.shes having trouble breaking into the field.anyone with any suggestions?

What an idiot. Just re-read the original seeing that she has already interned. Sorry about that. Long weekend and was wiped out today. So much for my wonderful idea. 

I would recommend not being afraid to start “at the bottom” maybe working for a minor league team. Be willing to move around a little while she is still young. Look at organizations in minor league baseball, independent leagues, etc. Earn as much experience as possible now.
