I am good with it. Maybe his leadership qualities put him over the top after interviewing with JM.  I trust Jared and remember that he hired Burton and Hodge, both great hires.

Watching their CBI final (lost). Earliest of impressions:

-offense runs pretty similar to what we have now. Slower pace up the court, screen setting, open to mid range shooting. They move a bunch.

-Alike on defense. Man to man D. Like to half court press. Don’t necessarily help on gaps as much as with Hodge. 
Freshman guard, Stevenson… need him as part of the package please.

Where is the Junior College coaching experience. This is going to fail big time. They never learn from the past mistakes.
