I was appalled when CJ Noland left North Texas for New Mexico. Turns out that New Mexico gets crazy levels of support from its community. No real professional sports there so New Mexico games are a big deal and the program has way more $ than other mid-majors. -

UC-Irvine (4/1/25)
Cameron Indoor and the Phog are musts for me. I've seen a few at Pauley through the years and as you'd might expect all the tributes to Wooden and their history are great. Also neat to see all the national championship banners (but only those...they don't hang any for Final fours/Sweet16s/whatever...it's all or nothing). They also have a nearby Hall of Fame with all the trophies of ALL of their sports. I think they have something like 130 total. -

NCAA Tournament Thread
Alabama has a really good chance of beating Duke. I still suspect the Devils win though. I think Michigan State will upset Auburn, but obviously that one can go either way. Houston will probably grind down Tennessee by the end. I'll root for Tech, but Florida looks like a machine. I think Connecticut may have been their only scare - wouldn't be shocked if they roll their last four games all by ten plus. -
