So a late game on Tuesday night would have interfered with their luncheon on Wednesday? GMAFB!

Win or lose (especially if we lose) tonight, can we get GMG.com boots on the ground at this luncheon. Would love details, pictures, etc..

I don't know man, there's like 28 people interested in the event.  Might be difficult to get in.  It is streaming on YouTube, so you can watch remotely.

Don't you understand?!?!?!   The basketball floor must be pulled up the night/day before so they have enough time to put down another floor and enough tables for the 24 interested people.

24 people for dinner in the SP.  Actually, I know this is just interested and many more will be served.  I also am happy to know that they provide a staff appreciation luncheon and would be curious how many people are employed by UNT and how many attend.  What is lost on me is to have a planning meeting, look at the schedule and not realize the success our basketball team/teams have had the past 5-10 years and realize there is a chance the SP will be needed to host a game.  With that in mind, how about having a contingency plan to move the luncheon to mid April or how about just moving it to mid April moving forward?  Just plan for the unexpected.  Now, let's put this to bed considering we are 8 hours and 40 minutes from tip.

Couldn't the AD have offered that they have the luncheon at the DATCU Club Hub?  It would have been a major upgrade of venue for the attendees, and it would have opened up the Coliseum.

You know, if they wanted to, there were hundreds of solutions.  The indoor practice facility? Cancel or postpone the the luncheon. A national tournament home-game advantage for not one but two of our teams should be the only priority.

I wonder how much this has raised my blood pressure.
