Hope, you are doing well at what really matters, life. I am a sports nut, but even I know that it is just entertainment for the fans. It is much more for the players, but it is still a relatively short term activity for most.
You joke but I can see a day where a pro goes back to college to keep getting paid to play. Getting paid used to be the difference between amateur and pro. Now what stops a school from reaching out to a backup NFL QB who still has college eligibility and offering them more to return to college and "get their degree"? What stops a school like Duke from offering a foreign NBA player to leave the league and go to Duke for a year or two to pretend to work on their degree?
