Congrats to conference mate UAB. They were dead in the water and mounted a huge comeback to win.

I would think if Bradley ends up winning, that they'd have a decent amount of fans in Indianapolis.  They're a small school, but they have a good basketball tradition.  It's only about three hours away and I could see plenty of BU grad even living there.

Yes, they support their basketball.   Bradley was a power program when we were together in the MVC.

They won the NIT in 1957, 1960, 1964, and 1982.

Great!  At least we won't have to wait for the completion of an overtime mixed doubles corn hole championship game and trophy presentation before they start showing our game.

It was really cool to see a school that has had so much recent success in the NCAA Tournament embrace the NIT like Loyola-Chicago did.  Their arena was lit.

UAB controlled the game until around 13-14 minutes left and then Irvine made a charge. The last eight minutes should be good.

Currently in OT with UAB up 75-74. Been a really good team.

Interesting fact, UAB hasn't played at home since the end of their regular season (something like three weeks).

Yes it was.  I’m glad they won.  Didn’t want to face UAB again.  I feel like they’re so familiar with us that our defense doesn’t throw them off their game like it does other teams.  And honestly, I felt like UAB was the better team.

UAB had the lead in OT for a short time.  An air-ball 3-pt try and several short misses late doomed them.
