This couldn't have been a big pay raise, right?  And he's not really jumping to an on-field position, so it's essentially a lateral move...   I bet Morris could have found the difference between what TXSt was offering if he felt Coach O was instrumental to our success.    Wonder who the new guy will be?

Ever see the guy? He's humongous. Once saw him tweet, that he had just gotten home. (This was in May). And that he was gonna stay in his truck for 15 or so minutes....because he was dreading going up to his apartment on the 3rd floor.

Its definitely a promotion and pay raise. In today's college football landscape, the head coach and GM decide who the team is going to recruit/sign and its the Director of Recruiting's job to oversee the recruitment of the players chosen by the coach and GM.

Is that guy George Matsakis for us?    I don't even know who that is or what he does.
George made $91k last year while Coach O made $65k, so yeah, definitely a bump in pay.   

Looks like I'm wrong on this one, and Coach O took a nice opportunity.   Best of luck to him!

Pointed out his bs antics throughout his tenure, as well as his body. Yeah, I'm body shaming per the role. I want discipline and work ethic potentially walking into the home of recruits, not that. Nooooooooow people want to point out, too.
