Yeah, NT plays in such a dump.  High Point's area only cost $170m, so I doubt NT is going to match that anytime soon. 

Not to mention, NT has a lot of much higher priorities.

I wouldn't call the super pit a huge pile of steaming dung. But its certainly starting to resemble fecal matter. But its depressing to see High Point dominating the arms race vs the likes of UNT and half the AAC. And it's not just HPU. It's all over the country.

That price tag also includes a hotel and conference center. The UTA stadium, College Park, cost the equivalent of $107 million in 2024 but it also seats 7,000 instead of High Point's 5,000. Cost of construction in DFW is far cheaper than North Carolina. College Park is the stadium we need to emulate and potentially surpass in amenities.
