Horrible loss. No excuse for losing to them. Hangover from the Charlotte game. I don’t like how we are currently playing. Struggle to beat the worst team in the league the other day and now this.

looking back, I think my last game in person was the 12/6/17 OT win v. Indiana State...I remember AJ Lawson hitting a clutch shot to send it to OT and closing them out in the extra 5. prior to that it was a Benford game (so a loss) at Rutgers in 2016.

He said he was going to play after the game Thursday.  I heard it directly from his mouth.  Also, Ross told Hank explicitly that he would play against Temple…said he would get a hard practice in Friday and be ready for game day on Sunday.  Did something go bad in the practice?

Almost might be worth throwing the game today.  Wichita State is much better than the 7 seed right now (I'd rank them as 4 or 5) and I really don't want to have to open the tournament with the Shockers.

I stand corrected. Incorrectly counted the standings. Either way, if we are afraid of anyone at this point then we don’t deserve to go to a tourney.

There is a scenario where Wichita State jumps into the 6th and FAU drops to 7th. Mainly if FAU loses since WS has the head to head for the tiebreaker. That would also mean we win.

      Temple (3/9/25)

      I watch basketball pretty much all day, every day. Whether it's the MEAC, the America East, Patriot league, SoCon, doesn't matter. I watch it all. At work, I usually have a game on if I'm not on a call or having to drive somewhere. I know exactly what I'm talking about. Every team has cold streaks and runs. Problem is, ours regularly last for 5+ minutes minutes. It took us 5 minutes to score 4 points to start the game. At about the 8:30 mark of the first half, we had 10 points. It took us over 4 minutes of the second half to score a point and 30 minutes into this game, we had 38 points. That's unacceptable. Yes, I'm describing runs. Our droughts are too long and too frequent.

      Reading comprehension is key. I didn't say I don't defend them, I stated I was not defending them. I am not sure you are reading what I am typing. I am saying they need to stop reaching out to me (a regular attendee at games) multiple times via phone calls and texts and use those efforts to target another market or use that time for a better strategy.       Tell me you don't watch a lot of basketball, without telling me you don't watch a lot of basketball. Every team "goes cold" in every game. It happens in college and it happens in the NBA. It's basketball. That's why there are runs. Unless you are an offensive juggernaut, it happens. What you do in the body of work, i.e. the whole game is what really matters. Funny you mention this.       Do you think he was attacking you in some way? It looks to me like he was quoting your comment to add to what you were saying, not in an attempt to say you personally needed to do something different. I'm confused by why you're so angry.

      Honestly, I think we should own the NIT. Realistically, IF we did get into the NCAA, would we expect to win the first round? I wouldn't. I think we have a much better shot at winning a NIT and that would get a notch in Hodges belt. Remember, Grant started with a CBI.
