Grant has the Raiders in the T10.  I think he's established himself w and w/o Hodge.

Doesn't change the fact that Ross is and will be a hot commodity in his own right.

odds are far better that he'll get plucked up than we'll ever have to fire him. I know that's an odd situation for a UNT fan to process. 

baring a Sweet 16-ish run, I tend to agree that he hasn't accomplished enough to impress the calibre of program that would be worth making a move.

Hopefully Ross gets hired away. But he is going to have to win the conference, a postseason tournament or make a good run in the NCAA’s first. 
Just “Good” regular season records in the G5 don’t get you P4 jobs.
